Payment is due up front. A refund will be given for any pages not completed (due to order cancellation), but the client will still be charged for pages that had been completed.
Every monitor screen is calibrated differently, so the colors on your printed product may be slightly different than what you see on your computer screen. If possible, it is best to check your proof on multiple computers to ensure color correctness.
When you receive your proof, please check for spelling errors and important information before approving. Do NOT approve your proof until you have checked the WHOLE layout. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure the spelling and correctness of information on their product.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
If you cancel after you have approved your proof, NO refund will be given.
All photos you provide 'KimrasKreations' with must NOT be copyrighted material. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure copyright agreements connected with your photos are being honored. 'KimrasKreations' will not be held liable of any copyright violation of images provided by clients.
'KimrasKreations' has the right to use any and all layouts created by 'KimrasKreations' for promotional and portfolio purposes.
